we stand behind the quality of our products. We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility:

To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with all original tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return:

If your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on where and how to send your package. Items sent back to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and Order Issues:

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. Contact us right away if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.

Non-Returnable Items:

Exchanges:

The most efficient way to ensure you get what you want is to return the current item, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refund Process:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
